Known by customers as a 'hidden gem', Castle Delights is an artisan coffee shop located in the South East of Ireland, beside the beautiful beach of Morriscastle.
At Castle Delights, we care about real coffee and real home-baking to provide our customers with the most pleasant experience.
Still after eleven years, Castle Delights dedicates time and love into every drop of coffee and each crumb of bread.
Everything from our iconic cinnamon swirls to our well-loved meringues are home-made by us.
We use local coffee 'McCabes,' hand-roasted in Co. Wicklow and ground in our store daily by our highly talented baristas.
Castle Delights is ran by married couple Rory and Anne Marie Hammel, the newest addition to the team is their daughter Álanna.

"5 stars is not enough for this beautiful place. After waiting for over an hour in a nearby cafe to be served we left and found this hidden gem. I cant wait to return. We were felt very welcome by its owner Anne Marie from the time we walked inside. I would highly recommend a visit here. Even the views were great. Cows grazing and beautiful sea views. Lessons could be learnt by nearby cafes here. A smile and a friendly face go a long way."

Anne Marie greeted us with a friendly smile and we sampled her delicious home made cakes and pies and freshly ground coffee refreshments made to our standards and more. Something new
Castle Delights is hoping to hold many events over the Summer season for our customers.
There will be a range of different events, inspired by the success of our workshops last year.
Examples include creative writing, DJ nights, Irish speaking nights and more.
